NEMA 3R Doors for Switchboards

Add a yes/no type parameter to the Switchboard family to add NEMA 3R doors to the front of the switchboard. Add a depth parameter to adjust the depth of the doors. Door width stays the same as the section width. Clearance stays calculated from the face of the actual switchboard, no adjustment to clearance for adding NEMA 3R doors.
