Run Schedule Remember Path per Project

Currently when importing a run schedule the folder path is set to the last path used to import a feeder schedule. For users that work on multiple projects this presents the possibility of mistakenly importing the wrong panel schedule and generally requires the user to navigate to the correct folder repeatedly. We would like to see the remembered folder path be project specific.

As kind of an expansion of this concept, having an automatic update function as an option for the feeder schedule. This would allow a process in which a given user would be able to update the schedule from a designated location every time they open the feeder schedule.
