Add threaded deck insert (Tolco) to all rod assembly/trapeze families

Please add threaded deck inserts to all rod assembly and trapeze families. These inserts, like the Dewalt examples shown in the attached image, are standard components widely used with pan decking. Having them built into the hanger families would better reflect common field installations.

MikeAlso would like to recommend a hanger setting that users can set the height for the deck flute when using threaded deck inserts. Since these inserts are typically modeled to the top of the deck flute.
