Mutli Tier trapeze with Rod 4 option

Could we please bring a Rod 4 option on multi tier trapezes so we have flexibility to shift the lower tier anywhere we want along the upper tier trapeze. Right now the parameters on trapeze families are allowing us to adjust lower tier hanger length in one direction keeping one end fixed. please see the image attached
