Dimension References on B2B Conduit Bends

DIM B on the legend sheet for the back to back bends (kick 90 and offset) is showing a back of 90 to a bottom of conduit dimension. after talking to our electricians and conduit bending department, the ideal measurement would be the back of 90 to the top (furthest) edge of conduit. The correct measurement for DIM B, should be DIM B = DIM B + Conduit Diameter. (See image)
