Update Name function for Spools and Packages

A function in which the checked spools or packages can have their name updated using the original dynamic naming to include new or updated information. For example, if we create spools using the <eV_PackageId> parameter, then add the spools to a package, I'd like to simply click one button to update the Spool IDs to include the new Package ID.
