Properly Assign Phases for Spool Views

When Spool/Assembly views are created, they are not consistently associating the views with the proper phase as it is shown in the 'Prefab Manager' window. This is causing undesirable graphics and improperly displaying schedule data (based on the Phase Filter).

It would be helpful if all model views & schedules were assigned to the phase that corresponds to both the assembly object itself, and the 'Prefab Manager' window.
