Renumber Parallel Feeders in 1 Action

Using the renumber tool, I am renumbering each stick of conduit with a unique ID. When renumbering parallel feeders, it would save a lot of time if we can renumber the entire feeder set with a multi-selection. Enhance this and build the logic so that the sequence can "hop" over a pullbox to continue numbering beyond the pullbox.
