Update already placed hangers

Add the ability to update the elevation of the top of the rods of hangers that are already placed in the model.
Sometime hangers needs to be moved for coordination and if the roof is sloped, the elevation of the rods needs to be updated manually.
This could work by first selecting hangers, then asking the attachment options (reference plane, nearest structure, distance below level, etc..) Then updating the hangers.
