Addition of conduit size specific pull boxes

Can we by default add a pull boxes based on conditions below (Whichever comes first)
1.When bend angles exceed the total bend summation of 270 for power or 180 for telecom based on requirement.(Based on standards)
2.If total length of conduit exceed length of 200 feet.
