Exapnd "Element Filter Hot Keys" feature to include non-alphanumeric characters

Improvements in ui/ux would greatly benefit this tool. There is no clear documentation on how to activate the hot key function. The function also seems to activate inconsistently unless a shortcut is created in Revit, UI -> Keyboard Shortcuts.
