Generate Wire BOM utilizing the conduit fill and wire length capabilities

Take wire fill conductor count and size multiply by length and generate an overall wire order BOM. If possible, track circuit numbers and order wire according to standard colors (black/red/blue for 120/(208/240), brown/orange/yellow for 277/480V).
